2 X 10 = 60,000
By Adam Guy, Director, Marketing and Communications
How is it possible that 2 x 10 can equal 60,000? When you have two SeriousFun camps both celebrating 10-year anniversaries and have collectively served more than 60,000 children and their families, the math makes PERFECT SENSE. Victory Junction in North Carolina and The Painted Turtle in California are both proudly celebrating 10 years of bringing joy, laughter and smiles to children and their families this year.
To mark the occasion, Victory Junction created a special 10th anniversary decal for Sprint Cup Series cars at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, NH. The commemorative decals are available for purchase on the camp website.
The Painted Turtle marked their anniversary with a giant celebration featuring music, dancing and crafts as well as cake and ice cream for campers and their families. A larger-than-life image of Paul Newman watched the festivities from the side of the gym and a special birthday cheer was created that echoed through camp all summer long.
Please help us to wish both camps a GIANT, AWESOME, SILLY, WONDERFUL, SERIOUSLY FUN HAPPY 10th ANNIVERSARY by posting a message on their respective Facebook pages or by visiting their websites.
